Q: Do they fit can goods ? Like beans , sauces , veggies cans etc

Yes! Although I don't continue to store any canned goods in the cans, when I do its for a short period of time, and these lids fit just fine.

Q: Is there one or two lids included? The description is so odd. The other option is a 2 pack, will that be four?

I ordered the "Multi-colored" option which consisted of 3 lids - 1 green, 1 light blue and 1 orange. There are a total of 6 options. When you click on one of the options you should see on the left images of what's included with that option. These are great lids! I've since placed a second order.

Yes. Fits my 3 oz cans of blue wilderness cat food.

Q: What soup cans will this fit

It fits my regular sized Campbell’s soup cans and Progresso too.
