Happy with my purchase
I purchased this dehumidifier for my basement about a month ago and waited to write a review to make sure it was working well. I have been impressed with its performance. The controls are simple, making it incredibly easy to use. The dehumidifier has reduced the humidity in my basement, significantly improving the air quality. Additionally, it has been effective in preventing any mold growth . The dehumidifier operates quietly and efficiently, also It has an automatic shut-off feature when the water tank is full. It is easy to empty and clean. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I purchased the product last year, May 2023. Already losing its full performance. ICING up and unable to drain water properly. There’s not even a contact number on the machine for me to reach out to get help. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Don't judge the size
I have gone through many dehumidifiersIn the past, this unit is no bigger than a toaster oven. Was quite sceptical when removed from box, as of today, 7 months later, it has performed perfectly and very quiet. I use it in my 1200 square foot basement. I would not hesitate buying another one.

Will not work for even 300 sq/ft. much less 2000 ...but EAZVUE ultimately came through.
EDIT on 2-28-23: The company reached out to me several time to solve the issue. Ultimately they offered to make it right. I commend them on their customer service and would recommend giving their other products a chance knowing they stand behind them. I gave them back 3 stars for this.I have a 300 sq/ft portable, insulated building that contains tools and other equipment. In 2014, I bought a Keystone unit rated for 3000 sq/ft because of rust forming on my equipment (Louisiana). That dehumidifier would dry the shop so well your lips would crack and you eyelids would stick to your eyeballs as soon as you walked in after it had only been running 3-4 hours. It was at 30% humidity. It finally stopped working a few months ago (~8 years), so I bought this one to replace it. I says it treats 2000 sq/ft, so a little less powerful, that was fine. However, when it arrived, I tunned it on, set it for 40% (Shop was currently showing 67% humidity). After several hours I checked it and it was showing 62% and still running... Not impressed but gave it more time. A day later 55%.. and for the next 3 days it would never get below 55%. It just does not move enough air or the condensers are to small or something. There is no way this works for 2000 sq/ft.I see a lot of reviews boast that it "rolls easily" or "it's easy to move". They all roll, and are easy to move. What does that matter? Does it work well? Does it actually dry the air to the lowest setting of 30%? what about even 40%? 50% ???I do not recommend this product. Unless of course, you need to keep a closet dry in Arizona.

Amazed how much water it pulls out of the basement air
We had this for a little while and I'm always so surprised to find that it needs to be emptied. We don't have it set up yet to drain with the hose yet but I usually notice that the auto off feature has been activated and the tray is full. I used the water for the hermit crab and plants. Easy to set digital readings on the display. Not very loud, easy to move around, and well worth the price.

Bye bye mold
This dehumidifier worked without any problems for this rainy season. I got 2 dehumidifier this year from Amazon. First one was kind of but this one is very very good because less noisy and very smart. My friend recommended that dehumidifier now im absolutely recommend it for you guys.

Nice little machine
So I got this for my 500-something sqft apartment, and I’m actually really happy I did. I’m on the third floor, and I needed to try and combat the Texas heat without breaking my electric bill. Now, this does not cool the air, but it pulls out the moisture making the apartment feel cooler. I can honestly say I do feel quite a difference now having this on most days vs when it’s off. It’s auto feature is really nice, and I can set it to a comfortable humidity level and let it work. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the tank. So, it comes with a hose so that it automatically drains, but I have no way of using it. So when the tank is full I have to take it out and dump it. HOWEVER…. The tank is designed poorly so that the water is right at the lip of the tank, and I wind up spilling along my floors. I’ve gotten used to how to take the tank out with as little spills as possible, but it’s still annoying. All in all a good purchase.
