Review: Great product - Really love this product. I still buy KaChava and just do a scoop of each. The vanilla cookie is a little sweet, that's why I mix it but there are no sugar in it at all and has less calories than KaChava and much more cost effective. Mixing it I cut down the cost of KaChava and the sweetness of the sugar cookie and use for meal replacement. I've lost 20 pounds and feel great!

So far I’ve made two different drinks. Used my Ninja mini blender with frozen blueberries, 10 ounces of 2% milk, little ice and 2 scoops of the powder and it was really good. I did the same with frozen strawberries as well. You definitely have to use a blender. I noticed some reviews said too chalky or didn’t mix well. That was not the case for me. It mixed great using a blender. I’m looking forward to trying all flavors. Definitely recommend.

**Q: When i made it it wasn’t creamy enough kind of watery? what did i do wrong? also can i add milk instead of water?**
A: To make a perfect creamy shake:
1. add 8-10 oz cold water to a blender
2. add 2 scoops of powder
3. add ice if preferred
4. blend for 30 seconds

If you use shaker cup, follow the same steps without adding ice, shake for 45 seconds.

You can definitely add milk if you like to.

**Q: How many meals you get in one package**
A: 15 meals in one bag with 21g protein, 22 vitamins & minerals, half serving of fruit & vegetables, 3g MCT, Zero added sugar, 1g prebiotics, probiotics, digestive enzymes and more!

**Q: How long does it keep you full**
A: Fullness varies somewhat. I have learned that if famished, a shake won't fill me up, and at best it will help me not eat for a couple of hours. But that's just me, perhaps. I recommend not to wait until you are starving for your shake if you are using it as a meal replacement. I think it is a very good product; as good as Ka'Chava for half the price. The bags don't seal as they should, however, as stated in the reviews.

**Q: Do I need a blender?**
A: Do you need a blender? No, but using one mixes it much better if you plan on using almond, soy, cashew, etc. milk, instead of water.

First time trying this and I really like it! I got the vanilla cookie flavor and although it doesn’t have a strong vanilla or cookie taste, it does taste good. Not too sweet, not too plain.
