No Norman figure but lovely toy
Got my son this for Christmas and he loves it - I gave it 4 stars because it doesn’t come with a Norman figure as stated and a bit that attaches to the side keeps falling off but apart from that it’s a lovely toy and great for a fireman Sam fan !
