Every replacement part for this track bar can be found on the jks website they have a parts explosion which shows you all the mounting hardware you need The only thing you can't buy from them is the main bolt that holds the bar into the factory track bar bracket that I would source at a hardware store near your house other than that give them a try I rebuilt my truck or with new bushings and got all the parts from them

No, it won't work with a drop bracket.

Q: Will this fit an '00 TJ w/ 8" suspension lift?

I only had a 4" ilft, i'd go custom for and 8".

Q: Will it work on a stock 98 ZJ?

This track bar will work on this vehicle but JKS website suggests it to be used if the vehicle has about 4-6 inches of lift, the stock ride height might make the track bar geometry incorrect hope this helps.
