This product not only smells amazing, but my air is so healthy since using Truffluv products. I use the shampoo, conditioner, mask, and heat protector spray. Even my hairdresser said "Whatever you are doing to your hair, keep doing it. Your hair is so healthy."

I half expected the scent to smell like actual truffles. But it actually smells like men's body wash or deodorant. It wasn't feminine smelling at all. Scent was very potent straight out of the bottle but it does dissipate and wasn't strong once my hair dried. It's not an unpleasant scent but it would seem like the shampoo would be geared towards men by that one attribute. It does lather very well and makes some tiny bubbles. I felt it cleansed my hair really well while I was working up a lather. But after I rinsed it all out, it seemed like it made my hair feel quite heavy. And I don't mean heavy just cause my hair was wet. I decided not the use conditioner because I wanted to see how my hair felt after it dried based on it on the shampoo itself. I used a blow dryer to expedite things since I have medium length hair. My dried hair didn't feel squeaky at all and felt clean, smooth and manageable. I did apply some oil to the ends of my hair to keep the frizz down but I do have fairly coarse straight hair as it is. Overall not a bad shampoo but the price point is extremely high for such a small bottle. This is definitely a boutique salon price and size for something that isn't overly magnificent but not a terrible product either.

This shampoo really surprised me, as I wasn't sure what to expect by reading the name of product. I don't tend to spend a lot of time reading about shampoo before I request it to review, so based on my lack of knowledge about the product before use I am very pleased with its performance. A lot of shampoo tends to dry my hair out but this one did not do that. I noticed that my hair felt very soft and tamed down my frizz nicely. It cleansed my hair and lathers up nicely and didn't feel like it stripped my hair of its natural oils. I really love this shampoo. It is a bit pricey, but well worth it.

Nice shampoo, I used it with my regular conditioner to compare with the previous one I used. I generally try to buy gentle organic kinds without any unnecessary additions. I have soft, curly, thin mid-length hair, it is very dependent on my shampoo choice. I liked the deep clarifying cleansing aspect of its function. Between environmental pollution and hair products, we accumulate a lot of unwanted weight on the hair. I expect the truffle extract to aid in calming the scalp and providing nourishing for the follicles. It is possible that the fragrance was added to mask the truffle smell, which is not necessary. Once you decide to buy product with a specific extract, you accept its natural smell, while artificial fragrance is annoying, hence one star was taken off.The package is good size (8.45 fl oz is large enough to use for 2 months, and compact enough to take it with you on trips). The consistency is excellent, not too thick and not too watery, leathers well, I need less than a full pump to wash my hair, and it washed the oily mask I put on prior to it in one wash. It looks like there is some thickening effect as well, the hair was soft and shiny afterwards.Recommend.

I am in love with TruffLuv | Indulge Collection Truffle Shampoo! It works well for taking build-up off of your hair - and it does it without my hair feeling stripped or dry. My hair smells absolutely wonderful and feels so soft. It seems to put a new life in my hair. I highly recommend this shampoo. I will use it once a week or so. I did take off one star because the pump is totally broken. The spring in the top of the pump is off of the bottle and it can not be fixed. It arrived that way. Once again though, the shampoo is heavenly!!

The shampoo had a pleasant scent. I thought it was going to smell overly floral or have a earthy scent. Thankfully, it was neither of that. The shampoo had a generous lather and washed out cleanly. It left my hair feeling clean and lightly scented.

At first examination this stuff doesn't wow you - it's a plain gray bottle, the shampoo has sort of a sickly greenish hue to it, and the scent is fairly mild and generic sort of floral. Lather is ok but not amazing But if you are specifically looking for a clarifying shampoo- it does an amazing job. I have oily hair and occasional dry scalp issues and this did a great job tackling both - my hair came out clean and light and fluffy, and my scalp itch is gone. Rinses easily and leaves a light lingering floral scent that is quite pleasant.

This shampoo comes with very tiny 8 oz bottle.It smells really nice. Sort of flower scents.It cleans nicely on my hair.I have very thick hair and use a lot of it at one time.It will only last for maybe 2 weeks.I usually have tons of hair falling out.This shampoo controls it and the amount of hair dropping off was significantly decreased.Also cleans well.After drying up my hair, I can no longer smell the flower scent anymore.It is only the shampoo, still need to use conditioner with it.Overall, I really think it is kind of pricey.
