Aún estoy en proceso de saber si me pueden hacer un reembolso porque en este tipo de productos NO hay devoluciones.La terapeuta de mi hijo lo Solicitó y recomendó, no dudo que sea un buen producto pero el mío NO vibra. Si logro que me hagan un reembolso, tendré que comprarlo de nuevo.Es una pena que no hayan hecho un control de calidad del producto.Actualización: el excelente servicio de atención al cliente me hizo un reembolso por el total de mi compra.
