The cream didn’t have a seal, the color is brownish and the effect is kinda minty. Is that’s how it supposed to be? Thanks

It normally comes with a plastic seal which needs to be removed before you open the clsoure. Cream is indeed brownish...which is a bit weird but it';s by far the best cream I'm aware off. Best, Marc
