Great wedding anniversary gift- super tasty food!
Great product- salt block is great for searing chicken or salmon- delicious and nutritious slightly ‘sea’ flavours as the vitamins and minerals are imparted into the food. Easy to heat in the oven and no cracking- can’t wait to use it on the BBQ. Also ended up buying a second so we could cure salmon for gravlaxe, which was super easy and very tasty.Bought as a wedding anniversary present- very nice wooden display box and recipe book which made it extra special. Very happy.

poor packaging
heavy item and 2 were packaged in same flimsy box - broken on arrival, the presentation bow also broken on one.Otherwise product is exactly as expected.

Exactly As Described - Salty!
Looks cool, basically a big slab of salt. Great for making interesting platters (the wetter the food, the saltier it becomes). Haven't tried anything hot with it or curing but there is a handy booklet included that tells you how.
