This is the easiest and quickest way to clean your silver jewellery! I tried a traditional silver cleaner (cream with a cloth) in the past, which was messy and did not do a good job so was in search of a more practical product. This is a liquid solution in a jar that comes with an inserted tray where you can place your jewellery and dip into the solution and start seeing the colour change within 1-2 seconds. The product is very easy to use and incredibly effective - the jewellery comes out sparkling clean and shining like new. The instructions advice not to dip the jewellery for more than 5 seconds so pay attention to this as otherwise it might damage the jewellery (which is probably what happened with one of the reviewers who had a negative experience).

I love this silver cleaner, you only have to put your silver in it for seconds and it's clean. It brings it up like sparkling new. I would highly recommend this if you have silver jewellry. I have tried others but this is the best I've ever used. The price is great and delivery was quick.

Did the job but be careful you don’t overdo it! Some of my silver went almost yellow but luckily I was able to restore using an old tried silver polish!

Honestly there is absolutely nothing to dislike about CONNOISSEURS JEWELLRY FLUID CLEANER. I am amazed at how quickly it cleans my sterling silver jewellery. The jar also has a small basket which carries the jewellery into the fluid. MY goodness I still cannot believe how truly amazing this jewellery cleaner is. In the past I have user silver cloth polish, I have use other fluid fits, which is a very well known brand, and nothing came near CONNOISSEURS JEWELLERY CLEANING FLUID.I absolutely love it as I know when my silver is due for cleaning I look so forward to using this liquid. I dipped my fav earrings in first. They were completely black. I regret not taking a photo first... didn't expect much to happen to be honest, only hoped it would help after a few dips. Anyway after 10sec i lifted out my beautiful earrings, shiny and beautiful as new. The rest of my silvers were in much better condition, so not a surprise they are all shiny now and look new. Highly recommend this product

Bought this based on reviews wasn't expecting too much based on the price. Tried on 2 items and hoped for the best, followed the instructions as stated however what I didn't expect was for the solution to corrode the silver! I tried to clean my almost 25yr old Tiffany bracelet and charm. Like everyone else has mentioned there was a white film which I used a jewellery cloth to clean and polish. A day or two later I noticed it started to blacken in places then a few more days on closer inspection the silver had been eaten away.I contacted the company who asked for images and answered all their questions then a month went by no answer. So I contacted amazon upset with the lack of communication and customer care they followed up and also took images I sent to these people.Last week I found a jeweler who was confident he could help restore my bracelet and he did I was so happy because the charm alone was almost £100 and is no longer made by Tiffany & Co. They had to grind off the surface damage and polish it literally looked brand new. I had to pay £35 for it but I was just so happy. Amazon agreed that I could claim this expense back and checked the terms of sale. Today I get message from the seller after receiving a serious complaint with a response of they'll refund the cost of the product if I stop ranting!!! The absolute cheek of this rude and unprofessional company!!! Naturally I sought further assistance from consumer affairs and they agree that my request for reimbursement was fair. This company does not care and THIS PRODUCT WILL DAMAGE YOUR VALUABLES!!
