Seems sturdy enough and nice that the unplugged end were already cut and prepared.
I'm sure it will be fine in the longer term.

good quality cable.
I bought this to replace a very old and worn cable on a loft inspection light. The cable is very sturdy and flexible, and the bare wire ends are pre-tinned which is excellent for a good secure attachment to any appliance.Well recommended.

Good Replacement for Flymo Easimo!
Needed a replacement for my Flymo Easimo due to accidentally cutting the wire... (Idiot!)Very good quality!! It's longer than the original cable and it definitely feels tougher than the original cable but this time I will try not to run over it...Very easy to replace as well almost plug and play just need to unscrew 4 screws from the control housing and two very small screws to connect the cable in!Cheapest price as well, Flymo wanted £20 for the original cable but this is better than their original one for sure!

Great cable - complicated repair
Got this to replace the cable on a McGregor 32cm Corded Rotary Lawnmower (1200W). Once I opened up the mower’s switch box and saw how the old cable was connected I realised I also needed new terminals to attach to the ends of the two wires in order to connect the new cable. Found out these were 2.8mm spade flag-shaped terminals after a fair bit of online research. Was then able to crimp these onto the wires with long-nose pliers, though a ratchet crimping tool is the recommended way to do it. Remember to thread the insulating sheaths on before you crimp on the wires. I then attach the terminals to the switch. The biggest challenge after this was figuring out how to fit everything back into the switch box and ensure the spring that provides the tension in the button-lever starter combination of as engaged before screwing the whole thing shut again. Took a few attempts. Job done, the new cable works perfectly and is two metres longer than the old one, which means I no longer need an extension cable. Plus the orange stands out more in the grass.
