What is the difference between this capo and the d'addario ns artist capo?

Sorry, can't tell d=the difference as I only own this one. I can tell you that this one is well done and works perfectly on all my guitars as it is adjustable.

Is this Capo suitable for spanish classical guutar?

It all depends on which classical guitar and the dimensions of the neck The max reach of the capo is 55mm at the extreme edges so your fretboard needs to be narrower than that. As a guide, my Tanglewood Acoustic is 48mm at the 5th fret. My Gibson SG is 47mm at the 5th fret. I would expect your Spanish classical to be around 8mm or more wider to allow for differing playing style. This is a good, strong and adjustable capo but I fear it may not be suitable for your needs. Hope this helps.
