Product met my expectations.

I have a similar unit to this that I have used in the past. This unit is a bit different in some sort of important ways - some good, some not so good. The belt is comfortable to wear (setting aside the heat/massage aspect) - it is lightweight and uses a velcro attachment to keep it firmly attached to you waist. I would describe the heating aspect as excellent - it gets pretty hot yet not so hot that it becomes dangerous. You can adjust the temp to multiple levels but I almost always use it on the hottest setting possible. So, from a heat standpoint this unit is excellent. From a massage standpoint, it is somewhat weak… rather than a ‘massaging’ action that some units have this has more of a vibration effect - definitely not as intense as if the parts were moving. So… if you are looking for intense massage action, look elsewhere. This is not to say that the vibration aspect isn’t nice - it is! You get different options you can select, based on what feels best to you. And while the lack of moving parts means weaker ‘massage’ action… there actually IS an advantage this unit has over those with moving parts - you can actually lay on your back with this unit on (something you generally can’t do very comfortable with the other type). So, that is a plus. You can change the timer as well. Since other reviewers noted that it doesn’t have a built in battery I will note that again, although the ad is pretty CLEAR that is the case! Personally I like it not having a built in battery as I can plug the USB cable into a pull-in charging block OR into a portable charging block, which means I can move about as I wish without being tethered to an outlet. I very much appreciate that. The unit heats up quickly (and there are 3 heat seatings). Because this is so comfortable to wear you can wear it sitting, lying down, walking around, in your car, etc. Ultimate flexibility. So, overall I like it for the heating aspect and the flexibility in using it. The only downside is that the ‘massage’ action is more of a vibration than a massage - keep that in mind in making your decision. I hope you find this info helpful to you!

This massaging heat bing back brace is pretty okay at everything.The vibration comes from two motors that sit on the kidney sides of the back of the belt. The motors work pretty well and are quite strong.The heat in the belt is very good on the back, non existent on the sides, and seems to be a bit intense on the belly area for some reason. This is not bad, but sometimes it gets a little too hot on the belly.The different modes are good and work very well, but it seems that if you have the heat on it does draw on the motors and pulses a little.The buttons are super simple to use and each click is confident and you know when a mode is changed.The plug is a standard USB and it seems to work will all of the power banks I have used.Do note that with the one that I ordered a battery was not included.They call it a brace, but I don’t think it is much a brace as a tool to relieve some minor back pain.All in all this massager works pretty well. I have used it a numerous amount of hours and it seems to help sooth a tired back quite well.

This Heating Back Brace Massager is fairly easy to use (power source/batteries not included) and does get hot. The massage function is okay, and the value is fair. Overall, it does the job, but there is room for improvement.

It can also be used on the legs.
