Pathfinder JUN132387 Flip-Mat: Basic Terrain Multi-Pack

In a world where it can be frustratingly difficult to kit oneself with D&D materials (like, why don't WOTC sell these kind of mats as official D&D merchandise?), I searched for a long time before settling on these. And I have no regrets.The 4 terrains are incredibly useful (I've used 'em all many times in my campaign). Easy to draw & erase whiteboard marker on these mats. They're durable. They fold neatly into easily-storable size. Really can't find anything wrong with them.Eventually they might get a bit crinkled at the edges and along the fold seams, but there's years of tabletop battles to be fought on these before you'd even need to consider getting new ones.

Great set of maps, flatten nicely, look good and very easy to clean, if pen is left to dry any basic alchohol based cleaner and it’s brand new. Have been using them for over a year now and they’re always the envy of more casual DM’s and players alike.

These maps are excellent in their quality! However, I have found the material they are on is quite flimsy and not as thick as I may have hoped for. Regardless, I've been using these for all my sessions and I believe they are good value for money. Just wish they were a little sturdier!

Expensive, but made it so easy to draw a quick floorplan and keep gameplay running smoothly, revealing only as much of an area as players could see.The black Staedtler chisel whiteboard marker pen works well with it. The broader strokes show up best. And they wipe off so easily (I was wiping the ink off quite regularly with a whiteboard eraser as the game progressed - don't know how well it wipes off if left overnight).The colours of the floorplans are darker than they appear on the box. This was not a problem but worth being aware of.24x30ins: big enough for an average RPG encounter and to draw a large section of dungeon, etc; small enough to fit on an average table and for players to reach their figures comfortably.

I like the choice of grass, stone tile, stone cobbles and sea.Maps easily laid flat if you fold the creases either way a couple times.I have used "permanent markers" which are more like felt tip pens of many many colours.A small test has shown ink can be erased with nail polish remover. I am yet to fully remove either of my drawings as I am still working through the Lost Mines of Phandelver campaign and might need to revisit these places, so my only concern is that there may be slight difficulty getting ink out of the deep parts of the creases.If you are looking for cheap miniatures, I bought some blank scrabble tiles / wooden tiles and coloured them in with felt tips and gel pens, giving each character and creature a unit colour scheme.My players all loved the mat/map and tiles!I would like a mat twice as big, as I had to make the Thundertree area 1 square = 10 ft, and I will have to do the same with the lost mine.

I've used this mat a few times. I would say if you leave the marker on it for too long it really gets difficult to wipe it off (but that's just me being lazy). If you fold them to the opposite sides of the crease they do lie flat on the table.I am pretty satisfied with this purchase.

The mats are good quality and well sized. However, the creases created are prominent and stops the matt from becoming flat. The colours are also insanely dark and drawing anything on them is redicously hard to see.If you're going to use Miniatures then these are a great choice; the weight will hold it down. Unfortunately, it's not great for what I do.

These are great. They have a nice finish that can easily be written on with board markers and it wipes of at the end of the session. Really happy with the clear squares, they even show up on video calls for remote games. They arrived in good time.

Funciona pefecto

The set consists of 2 sided ‘mats’ with different designs printed on them: Forest, water and two stone tile prints.Problem is that many places the print is so dark in color, that it is hard to see the marker lines, that you draw on the mats :/Also, they are pretty thick, which makes them fairly robust, but very hard to flatten out and keep down when in use. Results in mini figs toppling over.

International shipping was quick, the product is complete and in perfect condition. My group was very happy when I brought these mats. The mats' size is quite large and more than enough for our encounters. The quality feels sturdy enough so they will last us for a long time. And there are two mats, so if one is ever damaged, there is another one. We especially like that there is nothing drawn on the mats, so our GM is completely free to draw anything. We used white board markers to draw on them. The color erases very well with a simple tissue. So well that one has to be careful not to accidentally wipe out markings with their fingers, which gives me confidence that the colors won't stick too much.

Esta bastante bien, cumple la descripción. La única "pega" son los dobleces, pero es normal. Yo lo dejo siempre desplegado y acaban por aplanarse. Fácil de borrar y muy útil para las campañas
