I love these. I have a deviated septum and put these on before I go to sleep and it definitely helps me breathe and sleep better. I will say it is annoying to wipe off my night cream and stuff on my nose before applying, your skin has to be entirely clean and dry before applying the strip or it absolutely will not stick. It is now my nighttime essential

I am totally addicted to these. I had originally tried the regular grip ones and it made my nose sore after a few day, my skin too thin Went to these without issues and have them on a monthly subscription now. It allows me to breathe thru my nose all night without issue. The biggest benefit for me is not waking up with a dry gooey mouth. I don’t have sleep apnea but family and friends who do use cpap have said it works better than nasal sprays as its effectiveness is all night. A good choice.

Actually life changing. I sleep so much better. I never open my mouth while asleep now. I have sensitive skin on my face. Everything breaks me out but these do not. At all. The adhesive is very strong, but it peels off easily in the morning leaving zero marks on my nose.Bonus: they are HSA eligible.

3M makes the best nasal strips, but Amazon makes it difficult to realize that you’re buying the wrong size. These fall off because they’re too small, and, when they are on, they don’t function as well as the correct size would. My sleep quality is slightly improved when it stays on and worsened when it falls off in the middle of the night and sticks to my eyelid. This is an Amazon problem and not a “Breathe Right” problem.

These work great for me. I use a small alcohol wipe to clean my nose before I apply it. I also bend it in half before applying it, this puts it on evenly. I squeeze it in place for about 10 to 15 seconds and it adheres very well. It opens my nostrils beautifully! It lasts all night!

These are great! They allow me to sleep through the night by opening up my right nostril. It is 2/3 of the way closed from a deviated septum.Now I have seen many, many reviews, with pictures, stating and showing the skin damage that has been done by removing these strips.They have to stick well to the skin so that they stay on all night.In the morning, or whenever you want to remove them, you thoroughly wet both of your thumbs or fingers and starting at the end of the strip, you lift it up with your wet fingers going toward the middle of your nose. As you are wetting the adhesive and removing it, it comes right off with no damage to the skin.I’ve been wearing these for years, and I’ve never ripped my skin off or even had a red area. Use that method, and you’ll be good to go. Sleep and breath well everyone.

First time using these--we were really impressed how well we could breathe with them! We did order a larger size as these were somewhat smaller. You have to really rub both sides to keep them on then no problem after that.
