Im a size 32 waist uk so what size of shorts would I order

I’m the same size waist and find the medium size the most comfortable

I am size 34 what is my size M or L?

I went a size up although I’ve got M & L , L feels a tad comfier

The size info seems contradictory. I'm 163 cm tall, weigh around 66 kgs and uually take a size 30 inch waist. True to size or size up? Which is it?

I'm about 5' 10" & usually wear small, but followed the advice to order the next size up. The medium fit really well, short would probably have been a bit tight.
