Was my partner who wanted this, as if we haven't enough gadgets. My initial thought was what's wrong with the traditional way. But it arrived next day so pancakes for tea it was.The instructions are very basic. Wipe over, turn on, when red light goes out go..My first few attempts were not very good ,however I soon got the hang of it and yummy pancakes were enjoyed.I found that they were very thin and if you didn't get the timing right very brittle but I think with practice and patience I will get100% perfect pancakes..Not a must have item for sure but once you have one you will probably use it more than a couple of times......I have lol.

This is a nice gadget, but it takes getting use to. You have to master making the batter to the right density in order to get the right outcome, with this device. This device makes the perfect crêpes, but you can also make the batter a little thicker and the device still works OK, but I prefer using this for crêpes only. It really does take getting use to, compared to the good old fashioned frying pan.

I made crepes and it was really easy.2 small comments: the cord of the pancake maker is really short and it would have been nice to have a paper with basic crepes recipes in the package.

Don't buy it...tried many recipes and makes paper thin for circles of what I thought was over cooked bits of paper ...if at all u can eat paper this would be your efforts ....waited till I had bubbles and tried before and still not eadable ..ur limited to what's picked up with the upside down wipe of mix.....even my Jack Russell would eat my slipper before thisU decide

This pancake maker is really great. Made lovely pancakes,without the mess. Only need to find a bit thicker pancake mix, to have pancakes like my father used to make.

Very good to use , this item saves you s lot of time , only thing wrong was the packaging it wasn’t wrapped just s label stuck on the box
