Marvel Spider-Man Mega Blast Web Shooter and Glove

well my son thinks they're great, hence the 5 stars.. I think they're WAY overpriced.

My son is a die-hard spider-man fan, and naturally he wanted these as soon as he saw them. Unfortunately it's a great idea but poorly executed, particularly for the price. The can of web-spray doesn't last terribly long if you have an overactive, eager youngster, but it can be replaced (there was a shop near us that sold them locally, but at £8 a can - which makes it quite expensive!). Alternatively there is a water-spray gun that my son loved just as much. My main criticism though is the fact that it doesn't seem to be 'made' for children. The glove overall was quite bit and baggy on his hand, and the attachment for the wrist was large so it slipped around quite a bit even when we pulled the velcro strap as tight as it could go. He also struggled to get his little fingers onto the lever to actually spray the gun, for no other reason than he's a little boy and it was too large. Also, the holder and mechanism are made of pretty cheap plastic. My fiance broke a tiny part off just trying to get the can to attach when we first opened them and subsequently the can then slipped around - not a great start! However, my son still loves it. So, I've given it three stars, it's definitely NOT worth that money, but in the same breath my son adores it and so can't be all bad. (You only get one glove by the way, so it's advisable if dressing up to either buy two or have a spare spidey-glove)

Good quality but the ‘web’ didn’t really spray out very far it seemed that there was no power in the spray can to spray it out , but I purchased silly string and it did the same job ,

It’s exactly what my lad was after.

I ordered this item at a cost of £50 due to not many options being around. When it arrived it was tiny and definitely not worth the money. Really disappointed.

This was a bit of a shock. It worked but the can of fluid lasted about 2 minutes of play for my 7 year old son. But refill cans appear to cost 7.99 each ! That is just disappointing in the extreme and sharp practice in my view. Spider-Man would not approve I think.

Arrived early looks ok hasn’t been used yet as a present for grandson thought was a bit expensive but was priced everywhere like this.

I thought it was very expensive for what it is and the silly string ran out in minutes so was very disappointing
