These are a perfect GU10 base fit. However there is a certain manufacturer that is making lampholders that DO NOT ACCEPT any adaptors or lamps not made by them. They put an extra piece of plastic that sticks up inside the lamp holder so any other makers lamp does not fit. If you have problems like I did at first, look at the base of the lamp, there you will see a small hole between the two round pins, this is to accept the extra pin they've stuck in the holder. You could try and drill a miniature hole between the pins on this adaptor but this way is easier.All I did was turn the power off then remove the plastic pin with a sharp knife. Problem solved, ALL sorted the adaptors now fit perfectly and allow me to use my Philips hue lighting system with Alexa!!I dont usually write reviews but felt that the suppliers of these adaptors are being blamed for something they have no control over. Its the LAMPHOLDER manufacturer.

Incompatible with some new gu10 fixtures because of the pointy middle bit.I drilled a small hole into the top to make it fit but I shouldn't of had to.If the bulb makers have added this hole then why haven't these guys?
