Works and is a fun gift!
This is a fun, novelty item. It makes for a great gift. The quality is fine for the price. It comes with two spare batteries. The six different light settings are a nice touch. The scarf can be worn by itself but the workmanship is lacking (loose strings, rough fabric), but it makes everyone smile and lighten up.

Cute, a little itchy from the sequins
The scarf is cute and very soft on one side. The sequin side is a little itchy on the skin but it looks great if you can keep the soft side on your skin. Will be a perfect accessory for my hubby's costume.

Cool scarf, but only lit up for a week
This is a flashy scarf and exactly what I was looking for, but the lights only worked for a week and when I opened the scarf to see if I needed to replace the batteries the electrical wires had pulled out.
