I got this for free, and I got what I paid for. I found it simplistic and repetitive. A good copy edit would help. There are few recipes, but lots of generalizations. It is listed as a 30 minute read. I think it has 15 minutes of information. If you want to make nut butters, you can buy this book, or you can just google nut butter.

I hate to write bad reviews, but this book was awful. I was looking forward to a concise, well-written and useful guide to making nut butter, based upon the wonderful introduction by the publisher. I was sorely disappointed. The book is full of repetition, superfluous words, poor grammar and, worst of all, misinformation. (The author claims that you need to sterilize equipment before making nut butters then claims that adding vinegar to your dish water will accomplish that. Vinegar WILL sanitize surfaces but they will not be "sterile".) Glad I got the book for free but it was really just a waste of time.

If you are looking for nut butter recipes, forget this book....it only TALKS about nut butters. You can probably get the information on google. Disappointing!

I thought this was going to have nut butter recipes. Instead it is filled with the authors thoughts on nut butters. No new information and nothing you couldn't figured out or think on your own. There are 2 nut butter recipes at the end. If you are looking for recipes find another book.

I was disappointed with the lack of content. Few recipes and fewer ideas on using nut butters besides a sandwich. And the slim context was repetitious.

I really enjoyed this short read book about nut butter. This book contains all the information i needed to know. Im planning to make some nut butter myself this weekend:-)
