I purchased your treadmill and the oil was busted and the tablet holder is broken. I will not be returning my purchase I do love the treadmill, but if so I would like some of my money back for the damages.

Treadmill does what it says it will do. We bought it for the compactibility of this product. It folds down to about 4 inches or so and slides under our bed. We did not have room for a bulky item. It is long enough for my husband's stride. We have had it about 1-2 months and have had no issues. I would buy this product again.

No me gusto para nada que vino el pomo del lubricante roto y se botó y ensució todo y creo que asta rompió el mando por tanto líquido que se derramó por que el mando no funciona y ahora no se como quejarme para que solo me manden el mando y el lubricante de nuevo porque es importante las dos cosas y el lubricante más porque se siente muy recia sin el lubricante , no sé qué hacer me llego hay mismo y así estaba todo empapado con el pomo botándose completo y el mando que es una comodidad , si alguien sabe cómo me puedo quejar por favor

This is a great treadmill. Definitely worth every penny

Easy to setup, easy to use. The lubrication for the belt is not the easiest to apply though.Overall this treadmill works great, but I will say for a man that's over 6' tall or has a really long stride these are likely not for you. I sometimes catch myself always slipping off the back of kicking the front when I walk at faster pace and I'm 5'11"I also sometimes feel a weird vertigo feeling after being on this treadmill and I think it may be how it moves a bit even walking since it is not as big and sturdy as a full sized treadmill.

My Treadmill is almost dead in only 4 months. Stared to get a small burning smell coming from the Motor a few weeks ago and contacted the Manufacturer and they asked me to make a small video of the problem and send it to them and now the Treadmill is almost dead. Still waiting to see what the Manufacturer is going to do to fix or replace it. Keep the belt lubricated per the instructions and went no faster then 3.0 MPH for 1 hour a day, sometimes the whole hour at once and 2 30-minutes at a time. Now it’s almost dead. When I first got it there was a slight burning smell coming from it at times, thought that was normal due to it was new.

You must read the manual to understand how to work this treadmill and all of the ways it can be used! It is not the best manual, but if you stick with it you can make it through and understand what you need to do to make it work for and with you. My teen joined their high school’s cross country team and needed to be able to run at home when it was too hot outside. They took it upon themself to put it together and did so on their own with just a bit of input from us adults. The only problem is that they did not read the manual so they never got it to 7.5 mph/12 km/h, only 3.7 mph/6 km/h. After I read the manual I learned that the control panel and arms need to be fully up and locked into place into a specific position and it went to the highest. I will say when you are past the slow mode it does get noisier the faster you go, but that’s to be expected. It is also nice that this folds flat and could be placed under a bed for example, making it a bit more versatile in terms of a smaller size. When our winter gets bad, I will turn to this treadmill for my walking needs, but for the most part, our teen uses it the most. Overall, a great smaller treadmill for our family to use for our various needs. Thank you for reading this review and I hope you found it helpful!

I received my treadmill in January 2023 and after one use the machine was giving me an error and the wire came out. I was told a replacement wire will be shipped. It is almost half a year and I have not received anything. I have been very patient and understanding but half a year is ridiculous. I am very unhappy and displeased on the customer service. I have a treadmill under my coach with no use. What a waste of money! I have tried to message the seller but all I get is the wire will be mailed to you please be patient. I am not one to write reviews but this has been the worst customer service I have had experience.
