Bought for my husband who loves them, really comfy

Upon opening, the box was smashed and falling apart, aside from that the shoes were just there and bare, not paper or anything to wrap it properly. Just pieces of cardboard. The shoes were scuffed and scratched. Looks like someone already used it and then it was sold to me. Disappointed. Doesn't really look new.
