I give this a high rating because I knew better than to plant this in Palm Beach County. But I thought I'd give it a shot. Unless you have a golf course maintenance crew, this won't survive here. But it did grow, so I can't fault this seed.

I live in north Florida, put down 25 bags of Miracle Grow top soil and spread the seeds. None have come up at all in almost a month. Bought another type of Bahia seed for another spot and it is green as can be. Tried several times to get support and get the run around.

Picked up Scott's Turf Builder Brrmuda Grass Seed and Patch Repair to fix some dead spots from soil erosion in my lawn. Product is easy to apply and in 2 to 4 weeks you will see grass coming back. Grows in the toughes conditions and has a tackifier agent to help keep the seed from washing away. Definitely will use again in the future!

Works well, grows fast!

Warning. This covers up to 8000 sq ft only if overseeding. A new lawn is only 2500 sq ft of coverage. This was not enough to cover my yard making this product overpriced. Also the item's post says the bag contains about 49% bermuda grass seed. When the bag came it was only 38% grass seed, 51 inert matter and the rest clay. Feel like I was duped. I'll know more if/when the seeds germinate.

I have bought Scott’s before, many times. Sometimes it works very well and others not well at all. The Bermuda grass seed (2 bags), I bought, produced not a single blade of grass. Followed instructions as always. Very disappointing considering the expense, time and energy. Nature of the product I think.

After 13 days, good weather and watered daily, not one single seed has germinated on a newly landscaped yard. Local nursery says it's likely been bagged in a warehouse too long just more Amazon warehouse garbage

I’ve purchased this seed before and it is great Not happy though it’s been six days since it should have arrived. With only tracking info from just after purchased two weeks ago . 5 stars on the product, one star for Amazon not updating the tracking information
