This is a good product. The camera is really clear, I am impressed. I have a few suggestions… first you MUST get the one with the “grip tongs” or whatever you want to call it. I wouldn’t expect the same results without them. This brand offers many choices, but they only have one option with the grips, so get those.Also, I’m sure it’s difficult and overall I’m very pleased but if the diameter could be a little less and fit down into the ear better that would help. It sometimes takes a long time to get to simmering, and it’s delicate work. It takes some time and skill to understand how to look at the camera and move the device the correct way. But, that’s just a matter of your coordination.BE CAREFUL !! Very careful, don’t go too deep. If there is wax way down in there, then use the shower to blast it loose and try again. Don’t try to get farther down in the ear than is safe.I give this a five stars, it does what it advertises.

I purchased this product after the use of q-tips resulted in me needing to go to the doctors to get my ears flushed, as they just made it worse. But this product is a life saver, the tweezers help one to easily remove earwax and the camera helps you to do it all safely. I 100% recommend this product, you will not be disappointed!

It was great, camera was good and was easy to use but it was broken after a few use. Really annoying to think it was expensive. It’s a waste of money. The cheaper one I had is still working the camera wasn’t just as good as this one.

I got a new one of the bebird ear cleaning tools because I liked my original, but wanted to get the features that this model included. I think this one is so much more appealing to use and look at. I especially like the cap that turns off the device when it is on, so you don’t waste any battery life. The tweezers don’t really pick up as well as I was expecting - especially hair. I was excited to do my eyebrows with this, but the tweezers just slide right off the hair when i try to pluck them. The biggest issue I have with this product is the brightness of the light. it is WAYYYY too bright and you have to maneuver the device to a really awkward angle in order to see anything the camera is picking up. If you don’t, all you see is a white blob blinding you through the screen. I was really hoping for more with this, especially considering how much more expensive this was compared to the older model I have (~$25 I think). There aren’t really any settings to change on the app, either, which is another bummer.

I am very satisfied with this product, even though it may not sound like it. This product works great if you can figure out to move the opposite way that you think you should (I suggest that you put a mirror up to the screen and look at it through the mirrow). There are a lot of good attachments for different purposes as well, and they are detachable and easy to change, but they don't detach so easily that they fall off. Setting up the camera was also a bit of a pain, because even after I attached my WIFI to the camera, the app didn't want to see it. I had to turn the app off and reconnect. Finally, there is a button for one to take a photo with the camera, but it doesn't take anything, so I have to look and adjust the camera while I'm working instead of taking a photo so I can see what i'm looking at without having to balance a bunch of things. It is rechargable and cordless for use, and when you remove or apply the cap, it'll turn on and off on its own.Overall, I like this product a lot, and I would recommend it to anyone who, like I, wear headphones a lot

It’s like an amazed trip every time my wife use it on the whole family ,brace yourself if you have waxed up ears 😂 after all clean you going to feel great knowing I know what’s in my ears , love it

We purchased the Bebird Ear Wax Removal Tool to use for our son with a skin condition that causes skin and wax buildup in his ears. We use this tool multiple times each week to ensure the canals stay clear. It takes some getting used to working the tweezer feature, but once you have mastered it, it is great! I love being able to take pictures and record through the app. Would definitely recommend this tool if you need help with keeping the ears clear.

The original product of theirs I still have and it still works, the vision just isn't as clear as this one. I love the clearer vision on this one, but I noticed it's more difficult to scoop the wax because of the silicone spoon. The original had a harder plastic spoon, so it scooped more easily. Also, after only 6 months and maybe a dozen uses, the spoon not longer stays tightly on, as the tweezers no longer work properly - they just stay shut. And now the entire tweezer portion I can tell is about to fall off. Very disappointed in the quality after all the money I spent on it. Also not pleased with their customer service, as it has been a week since I've messaged them the issues and the only response I have received is, "My Amazon colleagues will solve the problem for you, please wait."
