This is my second bottle first time I got it. I didn’t know what it was, but when I took it, I immediately felt relaxed my stomach even feel better. These pills have no taste. The ingredients are natural is definitely worth the money and it’s easy to swallow. They definitely got my digestion on track. I’m looking forward to trying the magnesium next

I realize prebiotics and probiotics like this are good for me, so I take them when possible. I've been following the directions and taking these mood capsules for around five days now and can't really tell the difference in anything. But I know they're good for me, so that's a plus for sure.

I absolutely can tell a difference with this product! It helps me ax and enjoy the vibe of the week-end! The truth is if I take this as well as enjoy the affection of my husband it send me to another blissful dimension! I def think this is a valuable product to be used as needed!

Since I’ve been taking this product I notice improvement in my gut health. Feels like everything is working more efficiently. I didn’t have any after taste from the capsules. I’ve also felt my moods were more level, less ups and downs. So far I’m pleased with the product.

While I did feel "good" taking these pre/probiotics I don't really know if they are "mood" enhancers or do anything for your mood at all. I wanted to try them because I take pre/probiotics on a regular basis but of course always looking for better options when/if available. Instructions say to take 2 pills daily but I'm not sure if it was this product or something else but I could only take 1 a day as they were a bit much for my body as far as BM's, had me going too much, etc. so I tapered off to 1 daily and they worked better for me. The pro's; tiny size pills and tiny size bottle, no refrigeration necessary, all natural, non GMO, no extra added ingredients. The cons; small number of strains something like 6 I think but in the world of probiotics the more strains generally the better, need the amount of CFU's whether it's millions OR billions to be there and working all the way through to the expiration date of the product not just "at the time of manufacture" as this one states, I could never just refer to the bottle to get information w/o the need for magnifying/reading glasses as the printing on the bottle is way too small, always felt like a chore when I needed to read it.

PYM sadly had no results for me.Good packaging, capsules secure, has about a 6 month life span. Did not help either with mood or gut issues.

The mind gut connection is so important and these probiotics hit the nail on the head! I also feel more joyful on this product. Love them!!
