I buy this brand rawhide chews, or variations of them, all the time and have never had an issue. My pug loves them. He mows through them. The last pack of the braided variety I purchased however was spoiled when I opened it up. They were gray in color and smelled really bad. They should have never shipped them. Also, I found out that they are not eligible for return or exchange. So there goes money ~Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Make sure they are not spoiled before you give them to your dog. Check the color and smell.

Ordered 2 and got 2 single bones it says pack of 8 which is not true mydogs did love them I thought (PACK OF 8) Was not True and it was not. But dogs likedtheir 2 single bones I received

Well, that's the end of that. I've ordered this item many times, and always received a treat that measured 6"x7", see treat on the left that my dog already got started on a bit. Today's order I received the one on the right, 5"x5" doesn't sound much smaller, but the roll is also narrower in diameter, so by weight the old treat is 10.7 ounces, and the new treat is 5.1 ounces, LESS THAN HALF.Update: I see they lowered the price by a couple bucks and made this an add on item, so at least there's that on the value end. The new size just doesn't last nearly as long, so I still made the switch to a different item.

You need to correct your item’s description. I assumed it was a pack of 4, as described. But, I received only one. Even though, it was a great price for just one 🤷‍♀️ I thought I might be catching a great sale on 4 LOLOverall, it seems the be a hit with our LabraDane puppy. I don’t expect anything to last very long with him. He’s like a mosasaurus. 🤣 And love that it’s all made in the USA! Very happy pup!

While the headline clearly states (Pack of 2), with a low price, the package actually only contains ONE rawhide. When you check out it appears you can either buy one 2 pack or two two packs, That is not the case apparently. I now have one very disappointed Lab of the 2 Labs I own. BUYER BEWARE !!!!! I will NOT order again.

I really didn't expect this chew to last long with our dog. He is an aggressive chewer! He is a Cane Corso... 135 pounds of muscle at last weigh in. He usually destroys or devours toys and chews made to withstand giant breed dogs. This is one of the VERY FEW items that will last more than an evening. He's been working on the one in the pictures for about 3 days now!

Rawhide is what is left over from the leather industry. After reading about the horrible chemicals used in the leather industry to preserve the hide as it is shipped and chemicals used to split the hide which eventually make into rawhide I set on a search to find a US made product which offers a bit more protection over products made in China and Mexico. Some labels will boast a US flag on the packaging but looking close you will see that the animal was sourced from the US and the rawhide was made elsewhere. Castor and Pollux is the only brand that I have found to be a 100% US product.

Says “pack of 4” in the headline and yet they only ship you one. Blatant false advertising. Will not be purchasing products from a company who betrays customer trust like this again. A shame it is “American”.

My dog cannot live without! Good delivery and excellent price. Now don't have to have someone from USA send them to me.

These are too big for my three dogs. BUT I unravelled the braids and cut each long stick in two. Gave it to my pom and it takes her while to chew it through but I'm happy it helps clean her teeth. Just when the stick turns white and mushy I take it away from her and snip off the white mushy part. She gets annoyed but it keeps her safe and her teeth clean. Hoping my shih Zhu and Yorkshire loves these too
