There are so many of these fixtures that are hundreds of dollars- this is a great alternative. it’s heavy duty, and it twists so it’s easy to use for all kinds of things.

Everything is perfect I love love love this faucet

Installed 2 of these for my master bath remodel… 1 of them had a faulty cartridge. After reaching out to them (I was very concerned due to the fact it isn’t a big name manufacturer) - the responded in just a few hours with a custom video showing me how to take the faucet apart and reassemble. Ultimately this didn’t fix the issue, so they shipped out replacement parts immediately. A day after I received the part (which fixed the problem) they reached out to me to make sure everything was ok!Phenomenal support!!!The faucet itself is very nice and well packaged! Can’t wait to use it! Highly recommend!

I'm a DIYer, so I'm sure the installation would have been easier for a pro. I will definitely not try to tell you it went smoothly or quickly the first time around. Had several questions about potential mistakes I was making and I saw their email posted in the threads. I honestly didn't expect to get much help, but I'll say the best part of this product was the quick response I got from "[email protected]". They went as far as to send me a video of how to make the adjustment I asked about. Outside of the great looking faucet their support was definitely another reason I gave this five stars. I wish that the instructions were written with more detail for people like myself who are trying to do installs on our own, but after watching a number of videos online and getting a bit of help from the company I got it installed and it looks great!

I bought this well aware that it’s priced much cheaper than similar faucets, so my expectations weren’t too high. Reviews were generally positive, though, so I figured it was worth a shot.The material quality seems reasonable. It’s all metal. No major components are particularly flimsy or fragile.But, there are a bunch of issues related to quality control, some egregious.1. The knurled end of one of the valves was poking through the foam padding and rubbing against the spout in transit, gouging the finish in a very conspicuous area.2. The threading on the end of the spout is misaligned, so the aerator doesn’t seat seamlessly; there’s an ugly crooked gap left once it bottoms out.3. That same threading also arrived already corroded - not a great sign when it hasn’t even been used yet.4. The nickel finish seems thin in some areas, or maybe the metal substrate is just improperly finished, since there are visible machining marks and scratches on many of the handle parts.5. The blue and red temperature indicator dots in the handles are just rubber pieces that are loosely inserted into drilled/punched holes. There’s nothing to hold them in place other than a tiny bit of friction. One had already fallen out of its hole in the packaging.That’s a lot of quality control problems, even for a relatively inexpensive faucet. I’m going to be returning my copy and looking for something better.

Luce increíble en el baño

Compre esta mezcladora hace 2 años. Al principio se veia hermosa. Al primer año de uso empezo a caerse la pintura negra de los manerales. A los 2 años se friegan porqué se barren los manerales. No hay repuestos en Mexico, las medidas no corresponden a ninguna refacción en México y no queda mas que volver a romper muro para cambiarla y quitarla. Mala calidad. Mejor poner una Urrea o Helvex qué encuentras refacciones y sabes que te van a durar.
