Placker Right Angle Flossers

These are fab! Easy to use and work well. More expensive than just floss or some other floss picks but well worth the money for being affective, easy to hold/ use, and the floss doesn’t tear.

These flossers are not great quality; the plastic is a bit flimsy and the floss starts to shred after several teeth. However, they’re still the best back teeth flossers for me because the floss is very thin. With all the other back teeth flossers I’ve tried, the floss was too thick and kept getting trapped between my tight teeth (which was very stressful). With these, that doesn’t happen so I find them much easier to use. One shipment I received of these came from the US and had green flossers, and the floss on those was worse quality than the white ones. All the white ones I’ve received are better and don’t shred quite as easily.

I was looking for some toothpicks to replace the Crest Glide which has been discontinued and I'm really pleased with this product. The angle is good to get to the back teeth, the floss is strong and doesn't break easily. I like the twisting pick at the end of the handle, and when I bought it at £1.92 it was really good value for money, however I notice that it's increased in price now. Its still a good product though, and I would buy it again.

Clearly described as a two pack but you will only get half of that. If you look through the questions on the product and other reviews it’s clear this is not an isolated incident (and I have had the same issue when ordered direct via Amazon UK rather that Amazon US as a seller). I only received one pack instead of the promised two. Reading the reviews, it seems I'm not the only one. I wasn't sure how to raise it as an issue on Amazon, so I've just accepted the loss. I was hoping that they would be the same as the Plackers flossers I used to get from my local supermarket, but Plackers seem to have cut costs and now the flossers bend as you use them. Still the best that I know of, but sad that they're worse than they used to be.

My local supermarket used to stock these right angle flossers but hasn't restocked for a long time. This is the only place I could find a supplier online. These are excellent. My teeth usually shred flossers pretty quick but the floss in these is durable. The only drawback is the higher cost, but there are no other flossers available of this design which is a real shame.

Good product and good price

Easy to use as I have dexterity problems, but very flimsy to hold, and the floss is not as thick as it should be. Years ago I bought some from Superdrug which were absolutely perfect, but as I can rarely go out now, I thought I would try these. However, although I ordered a pack of two, I only received one, so Amazon refunded me, and I am continuing to use them.

Da es die Plackers scheinbar nicht mehr im normalen Handel gibt haben wir sie hier bestellt. - mein Mann kommt mit der normalen Zahnseide, die man um die Finger wickelt nicht klar, deshalb musste wieder was mit Griff her, aber ich benutze sie auch gerne mit - Dank der rechtwinkligen Form, sind diese für alle Zahnzwischenräume geeignet, sowohl Front, wie auch im Backenzahnbereich - sie sind auch nicht zu stark gewachst (falls überhaupt) und gewährleisten dadurch eine gute Reinigung - die Zahnseide ist dünn genug um auch in enge Zahnzwischenräume zu gelangen - der Minzgeschmack ist dezent, nicht zu aufdringlich - der Griff ist breit genug, liegt gut in der Hand - je nachdem wie eng die Zahnzwischenräume sind, franst die Zahnseide etwas aus, liegt dann aber an den Zähnen, das Produkt hat eine sehr gute Qualität - ich hoffe das es die Plackers noch lange gibt und wir sie wieder nachbestellen können - da ich selbst viele Jahre in einer Zahnarztpraxis gearbeitet habe, kann ich nur jedem empfehlen, sich mal die richtige Handhabung von Zahnseide, beim nächsten Zahnarztbesuch zeigen zu lassen. Richtig angewendet kann man seine Zähne für viele Jahre länger erhalten!
