RedRelief Emergency Burn Dressing 10x10cm Pack of 5 - Cools, soothes and relieves Pain

Bought these in 2020, but never did I imagine I would have to use them the way I did yesterday!! I never usually write reviews but this product just saved a mans face from burning hot black oil after a small explosion yesterday! I was able to apply 3 of these to the mans face immediately. Drs in a&e and the burns specialists this morning kept telling him that the quick actions of getting these applied to his face has ultimately saved him from sever injuries. Honestly don’t care some people find these abit expensive, in my eyes these are worth every penny! & everyone should keep a packet in their first aid box at home!

Purchased this to keep in my first aid kit. I had to use it for the first time last night after accidentally burning the back of my hand and the base of my fingers with boiling water (first‑degree burn). After cooling the area under running water, I applied the dressing, added some gauze on top, and then bandaged it. The dressing provided great cooling relief and noticeably eased the pain. This morning, although the skin is still damaged and dry, most of the redness has faded and the pain is minimal. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

I had these just in case. They were needed the other day. They were very good, put them on the burn and covered them with cling film.

Worked fantastic on burns

I managed to scald the hand holding my HWB as it was old and didn’t react as I expected. This stuff saved my skin!

Last year I suffered a particularly bad burn to the leg and foot from dropping a kettle full of just boiled water all over it (thanks arthritis!). That evening I continued to serve up supper and stuck my foot and leg in a bucket of water. For almost twelve hours overnight I kept trying to take my leg out of the water to be met with intense pain. Yes I probably should've gone to hospital but that wouldn't have been practical. Anyway as a result I bought these burn dressings, and have finally today met with an accident with a baking tray. :( I grabbed the dressing, placed it on and felt immediate relief. You will need to put a bandage over the dressing to secure it. The food was delayed by maybe 3 minutes, and I'm able to type this now as well quite easily. I will definitely be purchasing more of these and would recommend them to anyone to have in the kitchen particularly.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for these gel dressings. Got a bad blistery sunburn 2 days ago and tried so many things to help - painkillers, cold showers, compresses, after sun - but this finally did the trick. Had it on for about 4 hours now (used 2 pads and moved them around my shoulders every 30 min to cover more area), the pads aren’t soaking wet anymore but still provide a bit of relief. The majority of my pain has stopped, and my skin is less itchy and doesn’t crack with every move. Will reapply a fresh dressing in about an hour. The product is soaked in a package so you’ll get a bit of extra gel to spread around any less-burnt areas.

These work really well. Well worth having some in the medicine box

Ottimo prodotto (purtroppo già testato) e la confezione in buste singole è pratica da portare in viaggio. Ovviamente è un primo soccorso, poi è opportuno farsi controllare da un medico.

Acheté pour mon fils pompier volontaire afin qu'il se fasse un sac à dos premier secours. Nous avons utilisé un bandage pour mon autre fils(heureusement que mon pompier était là) qui s'était brûlé la main. Très agréable au touché, fait très bien son travail. Ne pique pas, ne gêne pas, très humide. A utiliser en complément d'un bandage tissu
