For working at height or above your head, these props are ideal. They are easy to extend and put in place. With pivotable feet you can work at awkward angles. I was working with relatively light materials (hardboard panels) but the tension is good and could be used for more solid items. No need for a another person to help.

Not as sturdy as I had hoped for - does the job but wouldn’t buy again

There are various sellers of these - they all look identical but they are not. These ones are very weak and barely apply any pressure. The mechanism that pushes the support up against the sheet relies on a plastic handle being squeezed. The plastic handle is so weak it just bends instead of pushing the bar upwards against the sheet - almost pointless if you want any sort of pressure. All it needed was a stronger plastic trigger grip and all would be fine - saved a few pennies and made the entire thing useless - well done. FYI I also bought identical looking supports from Deuba - these were fine with much stronger handles.

Wir haben diese Deckenstützen in unserem selbstgebauten Camper verbaut, da unser schwerer Oberschrank frei hängt und ich auf längeren Fahrten vermeiden möchte, dass er sich löst. Die Stützen leisten genau das, was sie versprechen! Sie sind super einfach in der Handhabung und äußerst stabil. Praktisch ist auch, dass sich die Auflageflächen oben und unten ausklipsen lassen. Bei uns sind diese Auflagen fest verschraubt, sodass wir die Stützen bei Bedarf einfach an den definierten Punkten einsetzen können. So bleibt während der Fahrt alles sicher an Ort und Stelle. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Ce matériel m'a servi à maintenir des plaques de placo... le produit est pratique. Il est un peu fragile mais ce n est pas pour un usage professionnel.Au départ, le matériel n était pas complet mais le vendeur a corrigé rapidement le problème.Cordialement
