It does come with a US plug, but don't just buy a cheap adaptor! You will need a currency converter of atleast 25W, or you will burn out your tool. Other than that it's great!!

Besides the initial disappointment of not being able to get stuck in right ...
Somehow I missed the reviews about this being a US voltage and plug! Besides the initial disappointment of not being able to get stuck in right away, I'm very happy with this product.Another £15 for a voltage converter and I was wood burning all weekend. The varied temp works great. Any issues I had were down to not knowing how slow I need to go, getting my angle right etc.

Last one use have to purchase special us adapter
Poor quality need a special adapter and it’s the noisiest adapter I’ve ever used. While I was using it the metal point tip stuck into the pen couldn’t removed took me a while to pull it away and cause the other points don’t fit into it anymore. Last one use.
