Works
The bolt does work well with the Aeron. The only thing to note is the OEM bolt is torx, and this is just plan hex nut. Have a 7/16th socket ready when doing the replacement.

Worked perfectly
Arm of chair randomly snapped, bought this and it was an easy fix to re-attach. Helpful all around!

These are excellent replacements and very easy to fit. They ARE pricey but do the job and have rescued my favourite chair, so worth it.

Better bolts make a difference
I bought my chair used about seven years. The arms were always a little wobbly and would come loose after tightening. I guess this week the bolts finally gave up and the head of one broke off and my chair arm fell to the ground. These new bolts make a world of difference. The arms are now sturdy. There is no more wobble. Very happy with the new bolts.

Easy fix!
I could not find a company that would look at this repair.Ordered out of desperation and a bit of apprehension (I am not mechanically inclined), the parts arrived with a link to instructions that walk you thru everything, including what size tools you use.Super easy, even for me.Very pleased, and highly recommend!
