Tajin Fruit and Snack Seasoning (400g)

★★★★★ Fantastic seasoning with the perfect balance of chilli and lime Tajín has quickly become one of my favourite seasonings, and I now keep a bottle in the cupboard all the time. I first bought it to use when making spicy margaritas, and it works brilliantly as a glass rim seasoning. The combination of tangy lime, mild chilli and salt adds so much flavour without overpowering the drink, giving it a really authentic finish. Since buying it, I’ve found plenty of other uses for it too. It’s delicious sprinkled over fresh mango, watermelon and pineapple, and it also adds a lovely kick to roasted vegetables, grilled chicken and even avocado on toast. The flavour is fresh, zesty and slightly spicy rather than overly hot, so it’s easy to enjoy even if you don’t like extremely spicy food. The seasoning is finely ground, making it easy to sprinkle evenly, and the bottle dispenses just the right amount. A little goes a long way, so although the bottle doesn’t look huge, it lasts much longer than expected. Overall, this is a fantastic, versatile seasoning that’s become a regular part of my cooking and cocktail making. If you enjoy Mexican-inspired flavours or want to elevate homemade spicy margaritas, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. I’ll definitely be buying it again.

Stunning flavour and the best addition for a spicy marg!

Makes most things taste amazing! Just give it a try if you haven’t already and you won’t be disappointed. All for a decent price as well.

Excellent value for money with a large 400 gram tub / bottle like this. We've used this for making spicy margaritas, it's great round the rim of the glass and the spicy, salty, lime kick is great. However, we also bought it to try on meats as a rub and I found the flavour way too much and a bit overpowering. It seems this is almost like a marmite situation where you either love it or hate it. It can be used on fruits, meats and in cocktails, so I can't fault it's versatility. The actual quality of both the bottle it comes in and the seasoning itself is great. If only I really loved the flavour as much as my partner does and it would get 5 stars!

Absolutely obsessed with this!!!! How did I ever eat and enjoy fruit before!!!!!! You can use it for savoury snacks aswell. I added it to my salad! Lovely! And I added it to my cottage cheese! Lovely! But I absolutely love it on my fruit, especially watermelon, grapes and strawberries!!!!!!! I will never be without this again!!!!

Nice seasoning

Excellent product. Great on ice lollies or additional seasoning in food like chicken or veg.

I wanted to like this more. The combination of salt, chilli and lime is certainly appetising but there's no getting away from the fact that the tanginess is largely from the added citric acid and it tastes like it. There's a chilli tingle but it's pretty mild. A big bottle of cheap ingredients for your money. Be careful when you pop the top as it's very full.

Love these spices

Love this since my trip to USA, my son introduced me to it, I literally use it on my morning afternoon and evening fruits!! I have yet to try it in cooking which I did for my morning veggies scrambled eggs was just amazing. I decided to go with the biggest bottle available so I don’t run out lol!!

c’est très bon c’est pas vraiment piquant c’est un peu sucré et a la fin on ressent vraiment le gout de citron vert mais sinon c’est incroyable et je vous conseille de surtout le mettre sur les fruits comme la mangue la pastèque ect
