Flimsy
Does what it is supposed to, but it feels really cheap, wait it was really cheap. So gave it 5 stars but next time I will put out more money.

They don't seal well.
These do not work well with fine loose tea leaves. Bigger leaves are ok. Besides not being a fine mesh, the rim around it is bent a little. Most fine tea leaves will slip through.12/29/23 Update: added 1 star due to good customer service.

Nice for the Price
I had purchased a set of twelve of this style tea ball to put in gift bags, and three of them did not open easily. So I ordered this set of three from a different Amazon seller, and they are fine. They open and close easily. One friend has reported back that they hold loose leaf tea well, no leaves escape into the brew. They hold enough to make a generous size mug of tea.

Loose seal
It works fine, except the clasp doesn’t close tight enough and bits of leaf float through into the water. After emptying the ball, I have to strain the tea through the fine mesh to catch the pieces. Dirties an extra cup, not convenient.

Easy to use
Great for loose tea. Can be used for other things like shredded ginger or lemon. Easy to clean. Attaches to almost all cups

Design is kind of clunky, and the tea just spills through all the holes
The holes are too big for loose tea and they just come right out.Updated review: The seller was very helpful in providing a solution.

Tea just falls through the holes
I guess you get what you pay for, so just buy these from a reputable and highly rated company. For 2 at 5 bucks, I figured I would try them out. It was my first attempt this year at making my own herbal tea from my garden and I was excited to use these. I had already used one I had at home, but I needed a couple more so others in my family could have tea at the same time. The one I owned previously made a great cup of tea- maybe a few small leaves in the cup, but this was due to how dry it was. As I filled this 2 pack, the poor quality was apparent. Tea all over! The holes are too large and the metal is too flexible so it bends easily, creating a gap between the 2 sides, causing the tea to spill out. It's even worse once submerged. I'd say at least half of the tea was floating in the cup after steeping. They are virtually useless for tea. Maybe I'll make them into ornaments or something because it's just not worth the drive and standing in line to return them at Kohl's or wherever they make you go now instead of allowing you to drop of at Ups drop offs.
