Fantastic Portable Speaker with Great Sound and Battery Life
We were looking for a portable Bluetooth speaker and found this one. We have their headphones and are please with them, so we looked into this speaker more. We were looking for a portable Bluetooth speaker with decent sound, good battery life, and if possible a little weather/moisture proof. This speaker met all of our needs. We have been using it for a few weeks and are extremely happy with it.1) Set up was super easy. Took a few seconds to connect it to our phone. The instructions were easy to read and follow. I had to look up that a TF card is the same as microSD. I had not heard of TF before.2) Great sound. We have been using it outside while doing yard work, washing the car, sitting on the deck, and etc. The sound is very clear at both low and high volume. The bass is very good. This speaker packs a punch .3) Love the light show . Did not think we would like them as much as we do. The lighting will come in handy as were are listening to music and etc outside at night and during the occasional power outages. We'll make sure we fully charge it when we hear storms are coming.3) The battery life is great. This speaker just keeps going and going. If we don;t need the light we do turn them off, so this probably add some to the great battery life.4) The design. It is triangle shaped so it wont roll over. The controls are covered in rubber so it is moisture proof. They say it is IPX6 Waterproof which means it can resist heavy sprays of water. I am not going to test that, but I feel it would do OK in the rain our snow . The back panel where the connections go is solid rubber, securely attached and well protected. I hate when covers come off easy or get lost. This one looks like it wont. The lanyard is useful for hanging off the handlebar of the bike or off a fence post to keep the speaker off the ground when needed. I know we will find more uses for it as we use it more this fall and winter.5) Other things we liked - It came with the USB C cable. This might not mean much to others, but I also like the the box opens from the top not the top. The speaker goes in the box when we pack the car to do out. The box will not fall apart like side opening boxes. All in all we are very happy with our Rythflo Bluetooth Speaker and it will be getting more use from us . I feel that if you look at the sound quality, battery life, and overall usefulness that this speaker is a fantastic value for the money.

The Best Quality Sounding Portable BlueTooth Speaker I Have Ever Purchased.
My first impression is that this is a clear step up over the TREBLAB HD77, which I used mainly previously. I don't have the terminology of an audiophile, so all I can really say is that it's got a fun sound that is roughly comparable to the JBL FLIP 5.Fit is the best I have had for a speaker, very easy to connect and get a good sound compared to my TREBLAB HD77 and my FLIP 5. I would compare this to the JBL FLIP 5, but it is less than 3x the price already sets it far above this BS010.Looks-wise, the speaker also looks a good deal better than the TREBLAB HD77. The black plastic face plate, solid, rubberized sides, and dynamic RGB both look just fine for the price point; nothing to complain about here. Its triangular design makes it more stable and less likely to be knocked over (better center of gravity). My BS010 was taken camping, beach, picnics, and thrown by my kids during tantrums and play, and survived with barely a scratch, the triangular design makes it easier to carry around.Sounds-wise, Compared to the HD77, it is easier to pick out details with these to my ears. Punchy bass, ordinary mids, high treble. The quality of the sound is markedly improved, not just in instrument separation, but in the sound itself. I believe you would call that clarity. Guitars, high hats, and cymbals, all sound a lot better with this compared to the HD77. The bass is punchy without being what I would describe as woofy. It doesn't sound distorted, and it doesn't appear to bleed much into the mid-range. I can hear the actual bass instruments, as opposed to just hearing bass noise like with my car speakers. The detail in the top end is very noticeably improved, I especially notice it in high hats and such. Much smoother sound, and more detail. Mids seem just fine, not what I would call recessed; It's got the same fun mid-bass boost most Bluetooth speakers have. It has two single mono speakers and two bass radiators.Pairing-wise, Nothing to say. If you’ve paired anything in your life, that’s it. Super simple. I paired to an iphone 13 and Samsung Galaxy S21 with zero delay/issue, and no disconnections within regularly stated ranges (66 feet). When you connect one speaker to your computer it can go by Bluetooth or by using the Aux cord.Playtime-wise, Battery life so far seems very good. After playing for eight hours, and then leaving it off overnight ... it still indicates 80%.As for the sound stage, which is how supposedly wide-open it feels, it is perhaps slightly better than the HD77. Due to its triangular shape, the audio is forward sounding, as opposed to all around you - and that is a good thing. And sometimes the speaker can sound thin, sometimes heavy. It all depends upon where it's placed. NOT A COMPLAINT! Trust me, that is the nature of sound.Over all, I am very pleased with my purchase of the Rythflo Portable Bluetooth Speaker. I recommend this to family, friends, and other people I care about.

Best bang for buck bt speaker with some really neat extra features
I wanted a bluetooth speaker to use in my workshop so I can listen to some music while I work, and since it can get kind of noisy when I'm using some equipment/tools I needed something that can get loud enough.Well let me just say that this guy definitely gets loud! The sound profile is definitely tilted towards bass heavy but doesn't distort or overwhelm the mids/highs either. Don't expect studio reference quality audio, it's tuned for fun punchy bass good for rock/metal/r&b/action movies/etc. If I had a potential complaint involving the audio it would be that even on the lowest volume it's quite loud, with volume adjustment steps being rather coarse. I want my music loud anyway so not a problem, but I can see cases where this might be a bad thing if you just want to listen to relaxing stuff in a quiet small room without disturbing your neighbors. When it arrived it was actually a bit larger than I thought based off the pictures on the product page but for me that doesn't matter too much as it's just gonna sit on a table and doesn't need to be transported or anything like that.As for build quality this thing is built like a tank. The construction is made of plastic and metal both of which are nice and thick/heavy. The passive radiators on the sides are mounted to strong rubber so I'm not really worried of them getting damaged in normal use. The speakers themselves are mounted behind a metal grill so that's also good. The buttons on top have distinctive shapes you can easily use without looking at them, with a satisfying clickiness. Controls are logical if you've ever used a similar speaker. The bottom has nice rubber feet to prevent any movement when it's belting out strong bass. The back ports are covered with a rubber flap that seals them from any liquid (the unit is apparently ip waterproof rated). Not sure if I'd ever use this in a wet environment but it's never a bad thing to know it'd stand a good chance of surviving and dunk in water.USB C is used for charging which was pretty quick, fully charging in about two hours. Battery life is good enough for me to use for a few hours a day for a week without hitting the low battery warning. Now that's with the rgb led's off, but apparently even with then enabled you can still expect on the order of 10 hours or so. There are a few light effect modes that'll change color and flash along with the music, which I guess is a neat party trick but not something I will often use. The downside I've noticed is if you set a specific color mode the speaker won't remember it if you power off and on again. Not a big deal for me but may be annoying if you use the lighting feature a lot which will require a few extra button presses to get to the setting you want. One feature I really like is the right speaker led will momentarily light up when adjusting volume to show you the level. Such a simple feature but useful.Bluetooth connection is solid with the few tablets and phones I've tested with. I really like that it has an auxiliary audio input jack to plug in older non-bluetooth devices. I've plugged in some high-end minidisc portables and they sound absolutely fantastic. Also has a micro-sd card slot that can play mp3s directly off a memory card, will probably never use that feature but cool that I can if I ever wanted to.So do I think it's worth the asking price? Well comparing with similarly sized and performing portable bluetooth speakers like jbl makes this guy is significantly cheaper, like half the price or less. Sure maybe other big brand name speakers sound richer or have more advanced features like apps to adjust more settings but I really just need a tough but loud speaker with good battery life that'll take some abuse but keep on ticking. So far this one ticks those boxes for me without breaking my wallet.

Great for the price; a few things could use work
Up front I'll say that this sounds amazing for the price, so that's the single most important thing out of the way-- that's why I'm giving these 4 stars despite what may seem like a long litany of complaints below. You won't mistake the sound for, like, Klipsch; but it's very solid. Battery life is great too. Now, the room for improvement.Volume control isn't NEARLY granular enough. When I'm using the speaker in a quiet room, it goes straight from MUCH too loud to quieter than I'd prefer in one click. Also, no matter what you have the volume set to, the "VROOOOOOM" sound effect it plays when you turn it on and off always blasts out at full volume. VERY annoying when chilling with some tunes at bedtime. The light displays are weird and none of them are particularly nice. (Part of the ring is always unlit, so my unit might have a defective light display controller? I don't know. The LEDs themselves light up fine when it's using them as a volume indicator.) I generally just turn them off.The controls are kind of unintuitive-- they use double clicks for a number of functions where everything else on the market these days would use long-presses, and sometimes when you're cycling through settings fast you'll accidentally double-click instead of just going through two settings in a row.

No comparison to other speaker. perfect
I bought this speaker last year. I have absolutely no regrets, it has great sound quality and beautiful light colors. I'm going to buy another one and I heard the other day that they upgraded the TWS version so that I can connect it to another Rythflo speaker and have multiple speakers spread out for extra sound.Wow,awesome.There's no comparison in terms of sound quality. We pulled out a couple other speakers to compare. Hmmm. There was no comparison. The bass is rocking and the treble is pristine. Has good bass, especially in indoor environments. When you take the speakers outside, the bass drops off slightly, but can still be heard clearly.Bluetooth pairing is very easy. As soon as I turned on the Rythflo speaker, it showed that it was searching for a device. I didn't have to enter any codes or do anything special. This was probably one of the easiest Bluetooth setups I've ever done. The battery life is the best for a speaker of this size. It can play continuously for about 20 hours. It's charging port is covered to help protect against the elements. I use it when I'm in the shower, outdoors, cooking, or cleaning, but of course I don't just throw it in the water because I'm still worried about water collecting in the charging port.I highly recommend you visit their website and watch a short video about this speaker. It's rugged and durable and stands up to being dropped. This thing is meant to be dropped around. It has a great range as well. I can take my phone for a walk in the backyard and the speakers are still playing inside the house. this bluetooth speaker is great and we all need one. It's a marvelous investment.
