I have to give it to them, this is an amazing charger to have on you when you travel.I used it on my long trip to Europe and middle east and I was quite happy with the quality of this. It was giving my phone Super Fast charge and I was also able to charge my Steam Deck with this without any issues.I will definitely recommend it for anyone traveling and even for use in the US as it has the replacement head for it as well.

Amazing Charger!

This charger has been extremely versatile allowing me to only carry one charger with my for my laptop, ipad, and other smaller devices. I appreciate not having to carry my large original laptop charger when traveling, and this charges everything fully and quickly!

(Edit). Ugreen proactively offered refund even though out of return window. Bravo!, added two stars.Excellent physical form and interchangeable adapters which are nicely designed. Charges most things but will NOT charge an Apple watch except very rarely and unpredictably. Possibly too low a draw for the charger to "notice"?Tried thoroughly with variations, no luck.Bought two before realizing (outside return window) not good for travel with my several devices. Had hoped to need only one wall outlet to charge three devices.

I bought this charger despite already having a better charger for home use, because I didn't want to carry my charger, plus random plug adapters while traveling overseas. I made sure this charger would charge what I was taking (An iPad Pro 12.9" and an iPhone 14 Pro and an Apple Watch) simultaneously with the power output, and it did a stellar job. Since all the chargers that provide multiple ports and decent power are large, it was nice to not have the big heavy block dangling off an external adapter plug and unplugging itself. I would recommend the brand to anyone, and this particular product to anyone whose needs are met by the power output provided. Make sure if you have a more powerful laptop to CHECK THE POWER OUTPUT and upgrade to a bigger charger if needed.

When you charge all 3 ports becomes super slow and unstable, devices started flicking on and off and I was worried they will burn out and iPhone reported slow charger, its size isn’t bad but its heavier than the iPhone charger significantly
