Mestemacher Whole Grain Bread (Protein Walnut, 8.8 oz, pack of 2)

Each slice has 8 grams of protein, and several grams of fiber, which is pretty amazing considering its thinness! It's excellent toasted and gives a good start to the day.

I expected to have a flavor of some of the ingredients, but basically none, and very dry too. Maybe what I got was too old, but I am not looking forward to eating the rest of the bread so I may end up throwing it out !

The picture makes the loaves look bigger, but I thought "oh well." But the taste is not good at all, and pricey. I have purchased the cranberry walnut bread at Sprout's, and it's delicious and only $6 for a large loaf. But it's not always available.

I toast a slice up daily and apply butter or nut butter. Very tasty And Fulfilling.Always look forward to it.

It seemed to take a very long time to arrive. I would say 2 months or so. I know this product is usually sold in a 4 for pack but for me that is way too much at one time. I love the bread however and so I was very pleased to see it in a 2 pack. I hope it continues in a 2 pack. Thank you

The product overall arrived in good condition. The package was good, but what I hadn’t noticed was that it is an 8 ounce package. In other words I paid twice as much as I normally would, for this bread in the grocery to get to tiny packages which is less than what you buy when you buy a normal loaf in the grocery. It’s just a lesson of needing to be sure to read all of the fine print

This is great, healthy bread containing no U.S. (unhealthy) grains. Just be careful where you buy it—JF Distributers (“fulfilled by Am*zon) ships it in soft “jiffy” bags, so it arrives broken all the way through (like abused cake or cornbread).
