Haven't had more than a minor sniffle since taking these (for a couple of years now). Very happy with this product from Lindens. The tablets are not the smallest, however I've not had any issues swallowing them. Critically, the best before dates have always been excellent, with 20months+ on average, unlike some other brands I've used in the past, where the date has been too short to complete the quantity provided before 'best before' has expired!

Great big value pack of vitamin c. I wanted timed release as it doesn't stay in the body very long. Taste is pretty much neutral, and despite being a reasonable size they are fairly easy to swallow. Really easy way to supplement your diet inexpensively

Love these vit C..I take mine at night ..Bit big then you can break them in half easily...great for your immune system, and come in a resealable stay fresh friendly pack. Made in the UK to high standards.
