Very good quality
If you need these to install your light bar, then you need them. Price was not too bad, the quality is excellent, and they were easy to install. Note that the installation instruction sheet has instructions for two different brackets - this one and one for certain year Dodge pickups.

this is a very simple and good product. if the seller would install pre drill holes to bolt to the light bar which it is made for. I would then give a five star. I would buy it again
