Everything I need in a tablet but they. are. BIG. I take a lot of medication and these are by far the biggest tablet I have to take. You can break them in half quite easily but even then they have the sharper edges to swallow. Taking them ONE at a time seems to work better. Taking one ⭐️ off my review purely because of my trouble with swallowing them.

Have been using this product for three weeks and have been pleasantly surprised at the improvements in a dodgy knee. I didn't expect much if anything from a supplement but thought I would give it a go as had reached a point where the sharp pains when I tried to put weight on the knee were becoming unbearable. After just three days the sharp pains stopped. I still get some discomfort when I have been stood for a long period but the reduction of inflammation in the knee (around 40%) has been encouraging. This product is the only thing I have changed in this period, so even as a profound sceptic I am having to accept that this product has actually worked for me to the extent that I decided to continue with it. I would not like to suggest that this will work for everyone as we are all different, but if you are having difficulties similar to my own you may wish to give it a try. My decision to try this particular product is based on it being manufactured in the UK. Further to my initial review above, I have now been using this product for 4 months and the improvement has been steady throughout the period to the point at which I now cycle and walk several miles most days, which is a huge change from having difficulty getting up and down stairs. I still recommend this product as it has worked for me. 10 months on and knees almost as good as new!

I like the composition of the tablet. I do find it quite large and hard to swallow though. My real challenge is that I put out my tablets for a week, and these draw water making them coarse and soggy when I want to take them the next morning.

Good product

This products helped my knee pain. I have been using it for a few months. When I ordered these, the delivery time was set to more than 20 days later. I have to buy something alternative which can deliver quicker. Then the delivery time changed to a few days later. I am happy to collected them much earlier. I had some trouble with paying by my credit card which is not sellers fault. I paid first and it was declined. I contacted my credit card supplier who said they do not have record of decline, it could be the Amazon website's problems. Then I use the same card tried 2nd time and it went through.
