relaxer kit
at first i thought i would never receive this package...as it seemed an eternity. but i did get it within the estimated delivery time. upon arrival the package was in a nylon, packaged with bubble wrap inside. the box was slighly damaged which either might of been due to the fact that the packaging wasnt protecting the box. all the products inside the box seemed fine, nothing dripped or splilled so dat was the plus sign. the only down side was mixing the activator into cream which was pretty stiff (maybe frozen) and the wooden spatula didnt help because it was filmsy. which resulted me in using a butter knife to the job. apart from this...it does what it says on the box.

Pls don’t buy this it cuts your hair in chunks and the package was tampered with im so disappointed with it as it has damaged my hair

Good but can Dull in effectiveness after a long term use.
I used to love this product, but recently i have found it to dry my hair completely out and it takes a lot of conditioning and oil to get it to retain some moisture again. I find it incredibly hard to find a decent relaxer for strong Afro-Caribbean hair in the UK that does not completely damage the hair after use. It is worth a try, if other relaxers have failed you in the past.

I'm in love with this product. I have used this product for years. It is the only one you can still get in super strength. I love the conditioner that comes with it. It works very well and I will continue to buy these. I highly recommend this to anyone who's looking to straighten their hair long-term. I will suggest to please remember to put a protective layer of like bag balm or another thick product on your face or anywhere, this might set in touch for a few minutes like your ears or the backyard neck as it will give you chemical burn if your skin is not protected, just like any other chemical would do, this is a great product.
