Looks good for the price
There are no instructions for installation, you have to feed the cables through the none slip fixtures but once pulled through you can’t lengthen them only shorten. Locate and then tighten the adjustable screws before installing. There’s a serrated washer on the centre fixing so can be earthed with an earthing ring and lead which should be located under the nut. so light fitting, washer, earthing ring and nut.

Great, but not so great!
Important things 1st, this is a metallic light fitting without an Earth connection. Do not install this without an Earth connection as for the UK market this is against regulations and unsafe. The light itself looks great when installed however being realistic this needs to be installed by an electrician as it requires assembly and corrective wiring.Does look great however it’s of poor quality (in my opinion)Bulbs supplied are also very poor, 2 of 3 were very dim and all flickered, changed for these which are prefectZSZT G4 220-240v led Warm White 2700K, 20W Halogen Bulb Equivalent, G4 Bi-Pin Base, (Pack of 5) https://amzn.eu/d/dW2wHw9
