Does this pen have embossing ink?

No. It’s not that kind of embossing. It has three ball points for pushing/pressing a design into card stock etc. Plus a pokey point.

how small is the pricking tool as would like to use it to make pin prick size holes for stitch & prick card making

The pin end is small point but it does get wider along the lengthThe hole it makes is slightly larger than a pin prick. You would have to take great care for a small hole. I use for making holes in book making papers.

What is the embossing tools plz

I use it for embossing parchment craft white work. You obviously need larger embossing tools for larger areas and a more even, deeper whitening but this 4 in 1 tool is very useful and I use it a lot. It has more than replayed its cost

Is it possible to refill the Xcut embossing pen? If so what would I use?

Don't believe you can refill, as its a set of 3 different sizes of ball shape embossing tools (1.0,1.5,2.0) and one pin. So only reason for replacement can imagine is dulling of sharp pin. So afraid stuck with probably having to buy new complete original one. Sorry don't think refillable.
