The Iron Neck Alpha Plus Training Harness should fit all common hat sizes and beyond. If you have any issues with fit, please let us know.

Q: What is the difference between this one and the previous version?

The Iron Neck Alpha Plus Training Harness has upgraded honeycomb neoprene padding, thicker nylon construction, & most importantly, a new vertical adjustment strap with reinforced stitching to ensure the best fit possible.

Q: Why is the alpha+ "Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock." on amazon while the alpha is purchasable?
