I've been using Carlyle Green Coffee Bean Extract for a few weeks now and I'm really happy with the results. This thing works, I purchased it back in december 2024 waited 3 months to see results, I dropped exactly 5 pounds of fat not water, in between January and March, don’t seem like much but keep in mind I am a cyclist. I do close to 200 miles a week but for the months of January to March I did less than a 100 a week.I saw a significant improvement following the same calorie intake, same diet and same workout schedule that I had for six months in which the goal was to maintain weight. When I started to use the product I started to loose weight instead of maintaining it with the same routine. Which made me believe it was the product that helped loosen some fat weight.If you are working out as a cyclist or a runner I strongly recommend getting testosterone supplements, magnesium (triple or powder) zinc and potassium. This product seems to shed some minerals too and you’ll get cramps more often. Use the product accompanied by workout and diet and you will see results naturally.

I love this product and I believe it really helps! I went to a box store, and picked up several products designed to help with a foggy memory. I studied the ingredients. The only one on the list that wasn’t a typical supplement was the coffee bean extract ( there were several names for it, depending on the brand). I figured this ingredient was what was costing so much. I ordered it from this site… and it really has helped, but it is more affordable, making it sustainable!

Helps cut my cravings and hopefully speeds up my metabolism. I think it works well with green tea
