No messing about - plug and play. Very good quality, comfortable, crisp sound. Wasn't expecting them to be as good.

I had these in work They are clear and crisp! My only moan is that sometimes they can hurt over long period but for the price they are a bargain! Noise cancellation is amazing! On right volume you wont hear anything. Sound quality is crisp and loud in the highest setting Volume button is bulky which is annoying Small price to pay.

Really good quality
I use it for web conferencing and the audio quality is excellent. The volume and mute control is handy and it comes with a neat carry pouch when you’re not using it

Poor durability – repeated failure at the swivel joint
They break very easily — always at the same point: the swivel mechanism of the earpieces. Comfort, sound quality, connectivity and noise cancelling are all fine. We are a busy hot-desking office of 50 people and have used Jabra headphones for the last three years. Whilst we have been mostly happy with them, we have experienced an extraordinary number of broken headsets, all failing at the same point. We currently have four or five ruined headsets, which is very disappointing for a product at such a high price point.
