Yummy pies!
The Clearjel is great for berry and cherry pies. Just the right amount of thickness and it keeps the juice clear and not runny or too thick.

Love the way this works for pie thickening... No lumps no taste . Much better than flour, cornstarch, or other thickeners that I've tried. It is a much higher price than through King Arthur but you have to consider it if you have to pay for shipping through King Arthur. Just don't buy it during the holiday seasons or any baking holidays the price really is a lot higher on Amazon! But goes down a lot lower during the off seasons. Plus it lasts a long time!!
