I can see it will work in time.......
This brace does help. It doesn't force your shoulders back but it does give a reminder when you do slouch, to sit up straight. Be sure of the right size, it's not supposed to hurt the front of your shoulder. I'm 5"6 and 180 lbs and I order the large (yellow). It's perfect. Where it over your clothes so it doesn't pinch skin and only a few hours a day 2-4 is what I do. Over time I believe these reminders will help. Slouching at a computer does so much damage to your upper cervical spine. Good luck.

Liked - guide for stretching and exercises included in box.Disliked - my hair would get caught in brace. If you have long hair "learn to put it up and off your shoulders"I tried other braces and the elastic either rolled up under breast / mid back area or strangled me.The brace is effective because of the gentle tug in front of your shoulders to remind you to correct posture.Just stop slouching. Slouching makes you look old. Slouching makes your clothes hang poorly on your body.Did you ever look at your profile in a window?You look old and for a second you correct posture...

Size smaller
I should’ve order a size smaller. I’m 22 with retrolisthesis nothing ever helps with my back pain but this helped tremendously. I wouldn’t say it helped me with my posture at all. But, it definitely helped with my back pains I’m so great full for this product. I definitely have to order a smaller size maybe to get the full results I want.

Don’t use it too much , my physio suggest use it 15-20 mins , two times a week a day .
I got injured at work afterwards my posture was changed. Whenever I am bending my shoulders for daily activities. Pain started in my upper back . My physio recommended me this . I just started using it during my household chores, felt better. Let’s see how it helps me in long way .
