The wraps come out easily from the packet without tearing or falling apart, the pack is able to be sealed after opening and the taste is fine. I did query from the manufacture the content of carbohydrates and this was their reply:- "In the US they list the Dietery Fibre separately under the Carbohydrate Level. In the UK this figure is deducted at source as Dietery Fibre does not behave as a carbohydrate and is digested straight through the body. If this was labelled in the UK it would say 3g, however the US show 7g Total - 4g Dietery Fibre = 3g."
